Prolonged stress from work can lead to emotional, mental and physical exhaustion. This seminar will help participants commit to Wellness and Self-Care practices that can prevent burnout and prolong stress.
Holidays & Stress
Holidays are meant to provide a sense of happiness and comfort. But, the holidays can also be a time of stress and can bring up other unpleasant emotions. This seminar will help participants find balance in their lives as they go through this busy time of the year. Participants will learn stress management and coping skills so that they can truly enjoy the benefits that this time of the year has to offer.
Managing Anger and Aggression
This seminar will define and explain anger and aggression. Supervisors and managers will learn how to identify and deal with employees that are challenging. Suggestions and strategies will be provided to make it easier for a supervisor or manager to do his or her job when dealing with a person that is displaying anger and aggression.
This seminar defines anxiety and explores its causes. Participants will learn to identify personal triggers and stressors that produces anxiety at work in and their daily lives. In this seminar, participants will be provided with techniques, strategies and skills to manage anxiety. Participants will also develop a Personalized Anxiety Management Action Plan that will help them manage their anxiety levels.

This seminar provides training to Directors and Managers in effectively identifying and dealing with challenging employees. Strategies, suggestions and resources will be provided to support them in this process. Further, information will be provided as to how their employee assistance program can help them and their employees.
Positive Workplace Promotion
This seminar effectively provides information on the contributors and challenges to the development and promotion of a positive work environment. Participants will learn how to develop and maintain positive communication skills for the betterment of themselves and their colleagues. Participants will be invited to reflect on their workplace communication style and learn new ways of communicating and managing conflict in the workplace.
Conflict in the workplace can cause stress and undue emotional hardship on employees. In this seminar, participants will examine the impact of conflict in the workplace and learn how to effective identify and manage conflict to increase their personal happiness at work and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
This seminar will help participants to understand and learn more about how to deal with change and transitional issues at work and in their personal lives. Strategies and resources will be provided. Participants will also be invited to develop a Change and Transitional Action Plan that will help them in pursuing their personal goals of managing change and transitions.
