About Nada
Compassionate Support for Women, Families & Organizations
Nada Johnson, MSW, RSW — a Therapist, Family Mediator, and Organizational Consultant.
For close to a decade, she has supported individuals, families, and organizations in navigating some of life’s hardest challenges — childhood trauma, low self-esteem, family conflict, divorce, workplace challenges, and more.
💙 In her counselling practice, she provides counselling to women in their 30s–50s who are ready to heal, rebuild self-worth, and feel empowered in their lives.
👩👧 In sibling and family counselling, she helps adult sisters and mothers/daughters resolve long-standing tensions and find healthier ways to connect.
⚖️ As a trained Family Mediator (Herzing College, Family Mediation Practicum Ontario), she guides separating and divorcing parents in creating parenting plans that reduce conflict and put children first.
🏢 With organizations, she consults on wellness, anti-racism, and harassment prevention, helping teams create safe, inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive.
Clients and colleagues describe Nada as compassionate, direct, and fearless in addressing difficult topics.
Her goal is always the same: to create space for clarity, healing, and growth — whether that’s for one person, a family, or an entire organization.
