About Nada

As a Therapist with over seven years of experience, I am dedicated to supporting women who are navigating the difficult journeys of childhood trauma, low self-esteem, and/or experiences of racism and discrimination. I understand that these issues can deeply affect a woman’s life, shaping how they see themselves and the world around them. In our sessions, I work collaboratively with each woman to explore her story, helping her uncover strength and resilience that may feel buried beneath the weight of past experiences.

Creating a safe and non-judgmental space is at the heart of my approach. I foster an environment where women can express their thoughts and feelings openly without fear of being criticized. It’s important to me that everyone feels heard and valued. Building trust is essential, and I strive to ensure that my clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and emotions. Together, we can unpack the layers of trauma and self-doubt, leading to growth and healing.

My goal is to empower women by helping them to recognize their worth and potential. I use various therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual, focusing on building self-esteem and resilience. By instilling hope and providing coping strategies, I encourage clients to move forward in their lives with confidence. Every small step toward healing is significant, and I am honored to be part of their journey to reclaiming their voices and lives in a supportive and caring manner.
