I can totally understand how exhausting and discouraging it can be to navigate life plagued by negative and painful thoughts and feelings of inadequacy. I am deeply committed to helping you build confidence and a healthy sense of self as you navigate your life.

In therapy, my goal is to help you heal from any wounds that made you feel worthless so that you can develop more self-acceptance and self-compassion. I aim to help you build confidence in yourself and your abilities.  In therapy, I will also guide you through difficult emotions, encourage and challenge you to take next steps towards healing and growth. I will work with you to identify your strengths and build personal understanding and the skills required to move forward in your life. I will also work in collaboration with you to build your resilience, set realistic goals and challenge any unhelpful thinking patterns that prevents you from succeeding in your life.
