Nada is a vivacious and energetic Registered Social Worker that brings years of experience in progressive leadership roles in social services and mental health. Her passion and expertise lie in supporting individuals and staff and volunteers in organizations in fostering wellness and resilience. Nada does this as an Organizational Consultant by developing policies and procedures, facilitating mental health and sexual violence solutions workshops and training, as well as designing wellness initiatives for corporations, non-profit organizations and post-secondary institutions.
Nada has collaboratively worked with leaders of organizations including CEO's, Board of Directors and Managers.
As a Psychotherapist & Parent Coach, Nada specializes in supporting women coping with issues such as but not limited to anxiety, imposter syndrome, role/life transitions, racial trauma, stress, sexual assault/abuse and parenting challenges.
Nada earned a Master of Social Work degree from York University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours with Distinction) specializing in Women's and Gender Studies and Sociology from the University of Toronto.
