Who should attend this Workshop?

Employees of all levels. This self care workshop will help participants understand fully how to take care of themselves emotionally, psychologically and mentally while at work. Psychotherapist Nada Johnson will use structured experiences, personal self reflection journaling, group discussions and practical activities to support participants in building skills to thrive at work.

 

Participants will be provided the opportunity to identify and evaluate their current self care strategies, and through guided activities create their own personalized self care plan.

 

The workshop allows for team building and relationship building activities which allows for support networks to be build among colleagues at work.
